Adjustments to our services - Cote-des-Neiges Volunteer Centre

1)  Accompaniments to doctor’s appointments
     This service has been suspended until further notice.
 
2) Friendly Visits
    This service has been suspended until further notice, but the volunteers will call their beneficiary a few

    times per week and if need be the volunteers who are under 70 years of age, will also do their grocery

    shopping.   

 
3) Grocery Shopping
    Our volunteers will continue to offer this service while being careful not to have a close contact with the

    beneficiary.  The beneficiary will supply a list with their needs and the volunteer will do the shopping and

    deliver the merchandise to them while keeping a safe distance.

 
4) Friendly Phone Calls
    Our volunteers will continue phoning their beneficiaries.

5) Telephone Security Line «Bonjour Ça Va»

    We continue to offer this service as usual from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
 
6) New Office Hours
    Until further notice our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from

    8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday.

 
7) Other services available

    Our Centre is open to other requests as long as they respect the mission, and the limits of our Centre

    as well as the availability of our volunteers.
 
We will inform you of any other changes if need be.
